We are seeking to appoint a permanent part time Catering Assistant to work alongside our existing Academy Catering Team assisting in providing high quality meals at Chulmleigh Primary School. You will need to be enthusiastic and enjoy the challenge of working in a busy school.

The permanent Catering Assistant role is offered for 39 weeks per year (term time only).

The work pattern will be 5 days a week, 1.5 hours per day. Working hours will be from 11:45 am – 1:15 pm.

The post involves serving meals, washing up and cleaning the dining area.

Training in food hygiene would be an advantage, but training can be given if a Food Hygiene Certificate is not held.
