We are looking to recruit an outstanding, enthusiastic and committed teacher to join our energetic and nurturing teaching team at East Worlington Primary School. The role will include being part of our wider Academy team across three primary schools, in sharing joint planning and expertise in a supportive and dynamic way.  This permanent, part time role is available from September 2026.

The working pattern will be one full day per week plus two additional afternoon sessions – the timetable will be scheduled across Monday and Friday (either full day or afternoon session) the additional session would ideally be Wednesday or Thursday afternoon.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of how children learn and how to translate this into high quality teaching and learning. You should be able to demonstrate an understanding and engagement in appropriate assessment processes and inclusive practices; and share a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We would welcome applications from candidates with good knowledge and proven experience of teaching across Key Stage 2. All candidates should share our commitment to developing each child’s individual strengths to ensure every child succeeds. The role will be to teach a mixed class of year 4, 5 and 6.
